Neal M. Dikeman

Neal is Senior Venture Principal at Shell Technology Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Royal Dutch Shell.  Prior to joining Shell, he was a founding partner of Jane Capital Partners. At Jane Capital Neal served as alternative energy advisor to a number of multinational energy companies and helped launch a number of Jane Capital start-us, including Smart Wire Grid, Inc. and Zenergy Power Plc. Previously, Mr. Dikeman supported mergers and acquisitions at Globalgate, Inc., an ecommerce investment firm, and the parent company of Yellowpages.com and was an Associate at private equity fund manager Doyle & Boissiere LLC, which invested in mid-market manufacturing companies. Mr. Dikeman began his career in energy investment banking with Bankers Trust in the oil & gas and energy service sectors. He holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University, and has served on the board of a number of technology startups. Currently, Neal serves on the board of American Electric Technologies, Inc.

The Hon. Adlai E. Stevenson, III, Esq.

Senator Stevenson is a former United States Senator from Illinois, a former partner in the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt, and a two-time candidate for Governor of Illinois. Senator Stevenson is a strong proponent of alternative energy, and has a long history advising technology startups and venture capital firms. He is a board member of many notable civic organizations and business corporations. Widely traveled and an authority on East Asia, Senator Stevenson is the recipient of numerous honors, including the Order of the Sacred Treasure with Gold and Silver Star from the Emperor of Japan. Senator Stevenson has also held positions as Illinois Supreme Court law clerk, member of the Illinois House of Representatives, and Illinois State Treasurer. He is a veteran of the Korean War and a former USMC Captain. Senator Stevenson received a B.A. and a J.D. from Harvard University.
